Start the service via the Voxel3Di dashboard and select Night Guard – Occlusal Splint in your prescription.

Upload STL files

Upload upper and lower arches plus your bite record (centric relation or maximum intercuspation as indicated).

Define the occlusal scheme

Specify arch (maxilla/mandible), preferred guidance (e.g. flat plane, canine guidance, group function) and any areas requiring specific relief.

Digital design & CAM

Voxel3Di Lab designs the splint and fabricates it using high-precision CAD/CAM for a predictable fit and stable occlusal contacts.

Delivery & fitting

The finished night guard is dispatched to your clinic, ready for fitting, minor adjustment and patient instructions.

Design screenshots or approval steps (if required) can be arranged according to your clinic preferences.

Patient Care & Maintenance (For Your Instructions)

Use the following points as a guide when instructing patients:

Wear the night guard as prescribed (typically every night during sleep).
Rinse with cold or lukewarm water after use; brush gently with a soft toothbrush and non-abrasive soap.
Avoid hot water and harsh chemicals that may deform or damage the splint.
Store dry in a ventilated container when not in use.
Attend regular follow-up visits to review fit, occlusion and material wear.
