Clinical data you need to provide

To deliver an accurate plan, we require complete and high-quality digital data.

  • CBCT scan (DICOM) covering the relevant jaw(s) with adequate field of view.
  • Intraoral or model scan (STL) for the arch being restored.
  • Clear indication of missing teeth, planned implants and desired prosthetic design.
  • Information about the implant system(s) you intend to use.
  • Notes on special considerations (sinus lifts, grafts, limited opening, etc.).

Can I use any implant system with this plan?
In most cases, yes. Please specify your preferred implant system in the prescription form so we can plan using the appropriate libraries or closest available equivalents.
Can I later upgrade to a fully guided surgery?
Yes. This digital plan is an ideal starting point for guided surgery. Once the plan is approved, you can request the corresponding surgical guide and sleeves according to your protocol.
How many revisions are included?
Minor adjustments following your initial feedback are typically included. Significant changes (e.g. completely new prosthetic design or implant strategy) may be quoted as a new plan.
Is this a diagnostic report?
This service focuses on digital implant treatment planning. It may be combined with separate radiological reporting where required, but the final diagnosis and treatment decision remain with the treating clinician.
